Getting to Glenorchy War Memorial Pool
The pool is located next to KGV and nearby sporting facilities, making it easy to access whether travelling by car, bus or active transport
Driving
The pool is centrally located in Glenorchy, approximately 15 minutes north of Hobart CBD via the Brooker Highway (A10). From Main Road, turn into Anfield Street and follow the signage to the facility.
Parking
Free on-site parking is available adjacent to the facility, with additional parking available in surrounding streets and nearby civic precinct parking areas during peak periods.
Public Transport
Metro Tasmania bus services operate frequently along Main Road and the Glenorchy Bus Interchange, which is within a short walking distance of the pool. Visitors travelling by public transport can use any Glenorchy-bound service and walk a few minutes from the interchange to Anfield Street.
