Glenorchy War Memorial Pool offers wonderful aquatic facilities for everyone to enjoy while cooling off and geting active throughout the warmer seasons.
50m outdoor Pool
Our eight-lane 50-metre pool is a big hit with competition swimmers, fitness swimmers, school groups and swimming clubs. Our pool has recently been upgraded to be a comfortable 26-28 degrees and include a new updated pool ramp.
Splash pool
The Splash pool is a shallow, safe, and fun space designed especially for little ones to play, and build water confidence under close supervision by parents/carers.
Accessible Features
As part of the recent redevelopment of Glenorchy War Memorial Pool, we have new accessible features including a gradual ramp entry with handrails to our 50m Outdoor Pool.
Swimwear Policy
Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times to maintain a clean, safe and inviting environment for all our patrons. Clothing, other than swimwear, can create problems with water clarity, pool disinfectant and our water filtration systems.
